Torchlight 2 Pet Mods ((INSTALL))

with regard to:1) "Users can use assets contained in my files in their own files"- for assets i may have created myself, these may be re-used just credit me as the original maker- for assets by someone other than me, but from whom i got permission to use in my own mod, any party interested to use those should seek the permission of the original author- as an aside, most of the assets in this mod belong to Runic Games. Good thing they support modders ;)2) "Users can not use my assets in any mods/files that are being sold, for money, on Steam Workshop or other platforms"- the earlier choice i made to allow any use of assets I have made as long as i am credited as the original author will hold here.- why is this particular tick box pre-ticked by the way (none of the others are)?- and again, for any assets not made by me, any party interested to use those should contact the original author for their permission.
