Skachat Draivera Sony Xperia Miro

I have complaints against my phone sony xperia miro .Many people complain that my phone shows i am in out of coverage area when ever they call me. I have physically re verified even my signal strength is very good i am not getting any call!!!!!!!Many occasions friends says SMS are not delivered to me,say the sms are rejected!!!!!Is this the problem of my Hand set????????
